Cat 2 $300.00 $35.00 _ _ All cats must be kept indoors. Deposit is per apartment; rent is per pet.
Dog 2 $500.00 $50.00 _ 65 Dogs less than 40 lbs are $50/mo; 41-65 lbs are $75/mo. Maximum of 2 pets per home. Dogs must be curbed and leashed on community grounds. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
